Tami Baker is the Broker/Owner of Blue Line Realty, LLC; a small boutique real estate company specializing in servicing Central Texas. She opened up her own brokerage after working for several years with Riverstone Real Estate, LLC. Prior to Tami starting her career in real estate, she worked in a variety of fields to include: telecommunications, mortgage industry, and commercial property management.
Tami has been involved with ensuring Private Property Rights are protected at the Federal, State, and Local levels. Tami served as a Texas REALTORS ® (TR) Trustee for the Austin Board of REALTORS ® (ABoR) 2016-2019, a member of the Legislative Management Team and as a director of the ABoR Foundation. She previously served as the ABoR TREPAC Chair in 2015. Tami is a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program (TRLP) class of 2015. She continues to invest time and money by being a NAR Golden R and President’s Circle for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC).
Tami has dedicated herself to serving The 100 Club of Central Texas, a non-profit organization providing financial and emotional support to members of public safety agencies (police, fire, and emergency medical services) after critical incidents. Tami served as the Chair of The 100 Club of Central Texas from 2015-2018, and continues as an individual Lifetime Member and business Gold Member.
Tami is married and has three adult daughters. She has three grandchildren who live in Idaho. She is an Alpha Phi Alumna with the University of Texas, Omega chapter. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, and enjoying a good round of golf with her husband.
Tami is a blessing! Tami is an absolute gift to my family. She has helped us find both a rental and our first home. When searching for a rental, we were in a different state and Tami would video chat with us to ensure we had as close to the in-person experience as possible. Tami understood our timeline and helped us be able to walk right into our rental home upon arriving in Texas (which was incredible since we had a dog, cat, and a newborn)! Due to some unforeseen life changes I had to find and purchase a home in a short timeframe. My journey with Tami began around the end of 2017. I was undecided on what I wanted and what price range would work. For about a year and a half I could say that I dragged Tami around to 35-40 houses to which we came close to closing on 3 of them. I am happy that we made it to this point of me finally closing on my new house last week. I do not think that I would have found this house without her which we discovered back in January of this year. We saw about 7-8 model homes in a 5 hour time period that day. Stressful at the least, but Tami guided me on what she thought would be best long term for my needs in a house and definitely the downsides to some of the houses we saw. As it comes with the job of law enforcement and the families she helps, Tami demonstrated a level of honesty and integrity above other realtors I’ve dealt with. There was never any time I felt uncomfortable or forced to make a decision. Without a doubt I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a house. By far the best realtor out there Tami is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, honest, and genuinely seems to want to look for what's best for you and your family. Tami sold our house very quickly. We put our house on the market on a Friday and by Monday we had 5 full price offers. Tami also assisted up in purchasing a new build home Tami was out there just about every week videoing the weekly updates. Who does that...Tami! I looked forward to those weekly video/updates. I know that takes time, gas, and effort but Tami did it, its what she believes in. Tami even found a mistake that would have possibly delayed our closing date and quickly got the builders to fix it. They were installing a single tub and our plan choice was the upgraded shower/tub. She didn't just go to the house, she looked and knew what to look for. I would hire her again if she gotten me in such an amazing house. I tell everyone I know Tami Baker is excellent. I highly highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Tami was awesome every step of the way. She answered all my ridiculous questions and I think she smiled the whole time. She was very personable and you felt like she was family. Even when there was a goof up on the sellers part and they had to reschedule the closing two days later. Tami was super booked up but she made sure that we had someone on our side to step in and help explain the whole signing process. Tami had all the boxes checked. She had an awesome lady named Denise for our mortgage who was super also. I really can not say enough positive aspects of the experience. It was rough but Tami and Denise were there with my wife and I the whole time.
